Flexible Support Options

Standard. Provides customers with support during regular business hours, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time) Monday through Friday, excluding nationally recognized holidays.
Standard Maintenance

Premium. Provides customers with around-the-clock, emergency support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year.

Phone Support. For direct telephone contact with a support specialist, please call (561) 361-6990. Select "Technical Support 2" to bypass the main message.

Web Support. Standard and Premium support customers have special access to the Emergin Knowledgebase. This online documentation library includes "how to" articles and troubleshooting tips.  User name and password required.  Please contact Emergin support for assistance.
